   Villa Mandalena is located at one of the best spots of the area, overlooking Kalami, offering a view as far as Corfu town and Albania. The house has two stores and is fully air-conditioned.
   The first floor has two bedrooms both with direct exit to the private swimming pool. On the first floor there is also a spacious area which includes sitting room, kitchen and dinning room. On the particular floor there is also a balcony with vista, in which one can enjoy afternoon coffee the best way possible. The kitchen, which also has a dish-washer separates from the rest of the area with a pass-through counter. There is also full bathroom with bath tube.
   On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a small kitchenette with a big freezer and also bathroom with shower, in which there is also a washing machine. In between the house and the swimming pool there is a spacious area which can be used as a playground for children and in which there is a barbeque. The yard and the area surrounding the pool is built by local traditional stone. The house also has its own private path, which leads to a private garage.
   The walking distance from the beach of Kalami and all the facilities, tavernas, super markets is less than 1 kilometer within less than 15 meters using the path down to Kalami village.
